What is protected
A UI change is code or a setting. It is versioned, previewed on a copy, and reverted in one click. It cannot delete or edit an account, a task, a draft, a Brand Brain or the audit log. If a change needs a new field in the database (a "next shoot date" that does not exist yet), it is flagged here and run with a backup first.
Integrations, team and AI
Client logins are never stored here. Each connection is a scoped token the client's platform issues to this app.
Posting By the team
The system never posts. Approved items wait in Ready to post with a copy button and the graphic; whoever posts ticks it off. One-click scheduling can be added later if the team ever wants it.
Reminders Email and Slack
Each person chooses: the day before and on the day, by email, Slack, or both. Admins get the Monday report; everyone can get their own overdue list on Wednesdays.
